About the Course
A collaboration between Temasek Polytechnic and The Ministry Agency, this 2-day in-person masterclass empowers professionals with actionable social media marketing strategies to engage customers and drive growth across key platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Participants will learn how to create high-impact content, run effective paid social media campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to build meaningful audience connections. The course includes hands-on activities for campaign setup and content creation.

Master Platform-Specific Paid Campaigns for Social Media Marketing
- Construct and implement tailored paid media campaigns for each social media marketing platform, utilising advanced targeting and creative strategies to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
Leverage Social Media Analytics for Informed Decision-Making
- Analyse and interpret social media metrics from each platform to make data-driven decisions, refining strategies to improve return on investment (ROI) and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
